Service Description: The 1:250k Geological Map of Dominican Republic was elaborated with the cooperation of the BGR (Germany) in 1991. The map contain combined bedrock and superficial deposits. Geologic Units are represented in one layer and includes the unit description and two chonostratigraphic units: System and Series. An additional layer of faults and geological contacts is also provided.
